Great hotel! The room was very comfortable and warm during the winter, which made it a cozy retreat. Shower pressure was fantastic and the linens clean. Very near to Khatai metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the friendly service from Mr Faiq, who went above and beyond to assist us. there was a lack of variety for vegetarians at the breakfast buffet. More options would enhance the experience for non-meat eaters. the heating system meant that we couldn't open the windows, leaving the room a bit warm at times.

We loved visiting the Heydar Aliyev Palace, which was just a short ride from our hotel. It was a fantastic outing with the family. The hotel felt clean and safe for our stay with our grown children, creating lovely shared memories.
